I hope this letter finds you well. I want to personally share some important news with you – I have made the decision to sell Spring Rock Water.
This wasn’t an easy choice to make. Over the years, you’ve become so much more than customers to me – you’ve become part of an extended family that has made this journey incredibly meaningful.
Unfortunately, the spring where we got our water was sold to Primo Waters. This has made our future uncertain. I did not want to become part of a national chain, so I have partnered with another local family-owned business.
I want you to know that finding the right buyer was just as important to me as it was to find someone who would continue to serve you with the same care and dedication you’ve come to expect. I’m pleased to say that Ryan Scholl/EAS shares the same values and commitment to excellence that we’ve always maintained. They are excited to build upon the foundation we’ve created together and to continue providing you with exceptional service.
During this transition, please know that your needs remain the top priority. While this marks the end of my chapter as your business owner, it’s not goodbye. The relationships we’ve built mean the world to me, and I’ll always cherish the memories we’ve created together. I’m confident that you’ll find the same warmth, quality, and personal attention with the new ownership that you’ve experienced with us.
